Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
Returns Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns responsibilities:
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Quality Issues / Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will report the issue directly to our supplier and arrange for a replacement product to be sent out.
Refunds:
Once the product has been returned and reviewed, and if it is confirmed to be in its original purchased condition, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
